Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
